At Pairifier, we are committed to ensuring that you have a satisfactory experience from the beginning to the end. We are so full of assurance that you will be enticed by our Service. We offer a refund within 30 days of your first delivery in case you are not satisfied for whatever reason with no question asked. REFUND POLICY

You can make a request for a refund. Such requests must be made directly to Pairifier not later than 30 days from the shipment date. Pairifier will not be responsible and cannot be held liable for products damaged or lost in transit. In such a case, we shall credit the exact amount paid for the Product returned to the credit card used for the transaction. It should be noted that Pairifier is not in control of when the specific credit card provider processes a chargeback transaction. You can reach/contact your credit card company if you have any issue with the status of the chargeback.
