1Why is it important to change filters on time?

2How often should my filters be replaced?
Typically, air filters should be replaced every 2 months depending on the conditions. You may have to do this more often if you have pets in your home or people sensitive to allergens.
3Is replacing my filters really that important?
Replacing your filters can save you money by reducing run time on your HVAC system, keeping your system clean preventing wear and tear, and maintaining fresh clean indoor air at all times. Not only is it good for your wallet, it is good for your health. Keep your family safe with fresh, clean filters.
4Where do I find my filters?
Your filters should be attached to your heating or cooling system. You won't find them at the part that blows hot or cold air out. It should be located where the air is taken in before heating or cooling. It could be attached to the unit on the bottom (if on a stand or platform), front (if unit is front return), or top (if unit is a down flow application). Filters can also be located in the “return air” vents these are typically larger vents with hinges that are easy to pop open and are usually located on your ceiling or walls.
5What size are my filters?
Most home filters are measured by length, width, and depth. If you're not sure, check the size of your old filters, the measurements are usually printed on the side. If you can't find it, or the filter is missing, you can figure it out by measuring the length, width and depth of the “return air” vent or the filter rack.
6Is it possible to change my address?
Absolutely! You just need to update your account. Please note, if you change the shipping address after we deliver the product, a fee of $10 will be charged.
